Does your mind ever go blank when your working?



With myself, self discipline works only up to the point. That is the breaking point. After that I need to stop with reaching targets and escape a bit into my hobby or just plain house chores. But, how long I need to get back in shape depends of how hard my self discipline was pushing me forward. If I managed to push myself to work 3 weekends in a raw, than I need at least 3-4 days to become normal again.
 
We all draw blanks. Do you write down what you know? If you ever draw a blank, you would be able to go look it up on your notebook or something. Are you multi-tasking too much? When you multi-task, sometimes your attention gets stretch too thin.
