Does sneaky rebills still around?

Allright guys. I owe you a lot of apology here. But the name of the forum is wickedfire.

So I can't help my self to feel that what I said is appropiate. If the name is niceice or something like that then I would be more hush hush about asking for some "evil" methods.

Anyway, here is a short story. I have a simple PhP script, finely tuned, that help me to optimized for any phrases. Say, 20k phrases. Some of them would hopefully stick. So it's like adwords except that it's free. I used xrumer to get seo rank. Also my own original program that spam blogspots seems to be even more powerful to get indexed and rank.

I found the teeth and acai convert well. But then not anymore. Then I check market health and see that visitors no longer get trial. So I need a replacement.

Maybe I should learn my lesson and really promote something that actually give values to customers. Maybe some of the wicked fires out there want to help me out?

NB: My jokes aren't funny ain't they?

your jokes funny they are not

i'm sure we'll all be glad to help anyone who post good and smart questions, but dude, free trial is still on every network, wtf are you talking about?

Yes your jokes sucked. please don't do it again

Not in markethealth. I click on my link and I see that the only option customer has is to buy something. I check from American IP and see the same thing. I am sure I put trial link and not the sale link.

By the way, the only landing page I ever "outted" are my own because I don't care if people copies. I actually coppied there from somewhere else and enchance it with my own script.

Oh I got it:

I notice that if I visit my site with US IP I see a free trial option. BUt it has this stupid warning

Try before you buy, pay only s/h today. You will be charged a one-time, non-refundable fee of $119.93 in 14 days for our Free Refill Program* unless cancelled. NO Monthly Charges! No Auto-Shipments! To cancel trial, visit Online Support or call +1 (818) 303-9253 before Mar-24-2010

Why can't they hide that in TOS like usual? Must be the new FDC rule. That's why I am asking whether this thing still exist or not.

You see why I am not asking a stupid question.

Now Russian rebillers do not need to comply to FDC rules can't they?

Also American must have speaked english very clearly. Let's see

You will be charged
Free Refill Program

*By continuing to post in this thread you (teguh123) permit us (each other member of Wickedfire: Homoerotic and Homosexual Webmaster Forum) to immediately and every 14 days henceforth until your death draft $123.32 from your bank account for each stupid thing you say. These terms are in effect until the spiritual departure of the first party from this plane of existence or for as long as the second party wishes. There will be NO monthly charges only biweekly charges.

Let me try to understand. How do we sell acai if customers know they have to pay for it? It's a worthless fad. The same goes for google money tree e-book and teeth whitening that we can make our self.

The paying part should be hidden somewhere on TOS. Doh? Unless there is a law against it.

teguh you a bitch nigga. we been out here slangin rebillz since 03. you cant grind like we can grind. shout outs to all the niggaz that held me down when the feds got me.

Okay, I've heard that there is a new law from FTC saying that you can't trick customers the way google money tree are doing it. Notice that google money tree case is not a crime. Because of that, I am curious whether such sneaky rebills are still around or not?

Notice such rebillz tactic has been around and is still common in adult affiliate industry.

Okay, let me translate that into english. What does grind mean? People go to jail for promoting sneaky rebill? Man I once lost $500 to an asshole that bullshit me and the cops out there insisted that the case is "civil" rather than a crime. It doesn't matter that we got all agreement on paper. Cops just don't pursue.

Fuck, I am going to take advantage of the rule the way it is. If people play jerks and get away with it, why shouldn't we? If the law says it's not okay, then I would refrain. But then, it doesn't break russian or cayman island laws right? I should have said this sort of thing in a private forum, like in premium section.

Any reason why you don't sell a product that converts? Pm if you want to go this route on a long term profitable niche that actually converts.

No reason. I have several. I should concentrate on others first.

By the way, some nice guy told me that the answer to my original question is no. There is no longer sneaky rebill affiliates. FTC closes it down. It's over. But things still convert anyway.

Goodbye Acai niche. Sigh.... Anyone want to learn more, please pm me and let's do this privately. I'd rather talks details privately.
