I recently created a Myspace resource site with all sorts of those shitty animated gifs, backgrounds and images people can use on their myspace pages and leave comments with. I have a few "hot girl" myspace profiles to promote the images leaving comments for friends I got from the targeted "myspace groups" area. My site is monetized with adsense and some aff offers.

Does anyone have any suggestions (from experience) on ways to build traffic to this type of site?

(I will also try PPC but I know myspace adsense ads tend to get very low cpc. So far they're between 12 - 21 cents)

- Top referrer for most of the sites is MySpace.. ( I guess you know that means that button in the upper left corner ?)
- SERPS (get some fucking backlinks,..)
- MySpace SPAM (bulletins, comments, messages, but far most sucessful method is to advertise on your profile only and you will not even get your url banned from myspace,..)
- AdWords (When advertising some time with Google you will also start getting better SERP's)
- Get some more ideas, can't tell you everything :D

a myspace site was pretty much my first shabang. if looking for long term traffic go do a million link exchanges DON'T USE THE TERM MYSPACE LAYOUTS IT IS OVERLY COMPETITIVE!!! Also, get a bulletin game or something going... Like a trick question which people can "Show to their friends"
