it's weird sometimes I'll get in a rut and not run anything for a little bit,

Then I go on a massive testing spree building campaign upon campaign.

just wondering if any of you guys have like a system down.

Where you run a set amount of campaigns a day, some with direct link, some with LP's

set amount of budget you put into a campaign.

Do you guys have any system for testing offers?

The reason I ask this is because, I've looked at offers like and questioned who would run that? Only to find out two months later someone I knew was doing 1k leads a day on it. It's like look at offers with a bias, Since I feel I'm smart enough not to fill that shit out. The rest of the world is, I know it's not true on so many levels but it keeps me from running certain offers or focusing them.

I think my ADD and procrastination keeps me from making so much more money.

Has anybody been in the same boat and what have you done to structure your day more efficiently.

This doesn't answer your question but may make you feel a little better about this:

I built a complete site/product combo and couldn't really get it to scale after thinking I'd tried everything to market it. After a few ~$2k months I just got fed up throwing money and time at it and sold it for some cash to throw into a bigger venture.

The new owner(s) threw some banners on sites in verticals I'd have never thought of as well as some other (stupidly simple!) stuff and had several $50k+ months (net) within 6 months of buying it. The whole operation runs pretty much on autopilot too.

I will never make that mistake again.

Dude I have the same exact problem. I used to procrastinate and just dream about all the offers i was gonna push and how i was going to buy a new car with my internet monies blah blah and then finally i got sick of driving my piece of shit car and realized i had to get down to business. Im not sure if this will work for you or not, because obviously everyone is different, but the one thing that has helped me beat my procrastination/ADD is writing everything down. I know it sounds lame, but I make a list every night before I go to bed, so when I wake up its right there. I take it to school, work, etc and I make updates throughout the day. Like I said as lame as it sounds it feels good to cross things off one by one and then at the end of the day see all the things you were able to get done. But seriously this helped me alot and it helps me stay organized and focused. This can be hard to do for anybody when sitting at your comp for long periods of time, and its even harder for people with ADD and procrastination.

Thought I would include a pic of my planner as well. Good luck

Yea I might have to make a list and make it small, like 5 offers the night before. get that shit done, I have done pretty well in IM, just would like to be a little more diverse and consistent. Like I seem to get buried in 2 or 3 niches and that's all I focus on. I'd love to have like 20 different offers working at once.

This is exactly what I do somehow the list just manages to get done by the end of the day if yoiu write it down.

No routine, but I keep a notes pad + diary next to each other.

And make sure I spend 30 mins(per day) outside of the office or home (wherever im working) to clear my mind.

Hey man i know your pain but setting hard targets is too much like the day job for me. I have two rules.

1. Do at least 1 productive thing every day. Can be as small as writing down a new idea or as large as building a whole new campaign. Depends how I feel.
2. Finish at least 1 thing every day. Again it can be as small as finishing a half done banner or as large as an entire SEO site.

Since I'm always doing something useful it means I never get stuck in a rut but you can be totally flexible depending on how you feel.

The reason I ask this is because, I've looked at offers like and questioned who would run that? Only to find out two months later someone I knew was doing 1k leads a day on it. It's like look at offers with a bias, Since I feel I'm smart enough not to fill that shit out.

This is my biggest weakness by far when it comes to marketing. I'm not human and can't think like the idiots that sign up for the shit we shovel, so it's very hard for me to market products that I couldn't see myself using.

The guy above who said writing things down has a good point. Harvard business school released some sort of research (a few years ago I cannot find the link atm) but you are something like 3 times more likely to complete a goal if you write it down versus just thinking about it in your head.

But here is the kicker, if you write your goal down and give it to someone else you are 8 times more likely to complete that goal.

Anyways, that has helped me and I'm sure it can help a lot of you. Have that person check up with you on your goals every month or so and you'll be really surprised at how much harder you work.

that remember the milk site and iphone app is pretty damn good for making lists/keeping on top of things

johnny, i usually try to imagine how much weed the offer will make me, then execute.

when you dont have a team of outsourced work, it makes it a whole lot harder getting started on stuff.

For every product I create/promote, I set up a to-do list. Then I can track what I've done and what I still need to do. (If I don't write it down, I'll often forget).

A friend turned me on to a great little - and very powerful - program that allows me to keep everything in order. It's called "Action Outline" and you can find out more about it here:

Green Parrots Software - valuable software products for business and fun, utilities and tools, for PC and PalmPilot!

(NOT an affiliate link)

Hope this helps.

Want to really scale?

Higher a designer, have them build out presells and creatives all day long.

Then you run all the campaigns and manage the traffic sources.

Just test constantly and see what has legs. Can't have ADD if someone is forcing stuff down you throat :)

1. Create campaign.
2. ?????
3. Profit

Seriously, though - make a list of the top 5 new things you want to try & begin on one every day or two. You might miss the boat on certain things - I know people who can scale campaigns to 1k leads a day in a market that I can't touch because I'm just not as experienced. But I know that for every one of those instances, I can scale something to 1k a day where someone else can't touch it. Don't get caught up on what others are doing - sometimes, the best gems are the hidden ones.

You guys are thinking way too hard.

Step 1. Buy adderall.
Step 2. Ingest adderall.
Step 3. Get shit done.

Like I seem to get buried in 2 or 3 niches and that's all I focus on. I'd love to have like 20 different offers working at once.

my goal is to have 1 to 4 offers working at once that bring in the same amount of money as 20 offers going.

I spend 90% of my time scaling current successful campaigns
I 10% of my time testing new ideas / niches

you might be surprised by the results.

I'd love to be able to obtain some. Given it's presence in American pop culture I'm thinking it's a bit easier to obtain in the US.

As far as strategy goes... I find it muuuuuch easier on my brain if I simply prepare.

Prepare keywords, prepare landers, prepare ads, know what I want to test. etc...

Then staying organized with it all. This is where I drop the ball alot.
