Do you eat breakfast

One of the most important meals of the day - but I just can’t bring myself to eat first thing in the morning - need about 10 cups of coffee
My mate is the opposite and is really grumpy until he’s had some thing to eat
What do you eat in the morning?

Cereal or toast, usually I have things I need to get done in the morning and that's all I really have time for. Every now and then I will go out to breakfast with friends.

miss breakfast & lunch -most days i only end up having one meal in the evening

I mostly skip breakfast.. it's not a good habit but I wake up quite late and mostly I don't have much hunger.

I usually go with waffles or peanut butter on toast. In the winter, oatmeal. I do miss breakfast often. Usually the reason why is because I'm up by 11pm and its already almost time for lunch.

Bagel with cream cheese. Quite often I make it to go and eat on the way to work, but I never skip it.

Yep. Either breakfast shake (when I don't have time) or cereals.

I try to eat something, but I work such odd hours that it can be a bit confusing as to what I'm supposed to be eating and when.

Skipping breakfast is not a good idea. Our bodies are REALLY meant to eat it. You're supposed to eat a big one, too. Some people who don't understand weight loss and stuff skip breakfast thinking it'll make them skinny--it won't. If anything it'll just make them feel like hell.

It's not 'one of the' most important meals of the day--it's THE most important meal.

I never use to, but since I have started I can't stop, I now wake up hungry and have to eat something.

Yes, it's an important thing to have. You have been unfed for many hours so you need the food to get some energy.

Breakfast = break fast for a reason

usually just a couple cups of coffee (used to be a few cigarettes as well), and no real food until later - almost never eat anything until at least a couple hours after I get up

a tosti but thats a bit heavy so early on sometimes so i latly fancy toasted bread , but when i am not going to school i usually experiment with egge cheese garlic union ham , ect and some stuff outa my mom's little herb garden thingie on the veranda (veranda is an english word i believe? ) anyways i am way to late for breakfast now so i guess ill go make me a decent lunch now...
