Reading helps. It just depends on what you read and how you read.

I read all day long but as far as self help and motivational bullshit no. I mean heres a real joke motivational stuff. If you want to do something do it if not then dont do it and besides now you have to spend the time to read the motivational stuff so you have to get another book to motivate you to read that so you can read what you didnt want to read int the first place before you know it you have the whole library of congress in your garage it catches fire and burns your house down.

I try to read every day. I'll at least read 5 - 20 pages every morning after I wake up. I also read a wide variety of stuff, not just self-help books.
