I have tested 3 major PPC networks (email) with our education offer in the last few weeks and all I get are fraudulent leads and/ or extremely high eCPAs.
What the fuck?
I need some good traffic for our education offers but it seems that 95% of these networks suck and are full of shit.
Where are the legit CPA and PPC networks?
