I can't believe that they banned me without prior notice. They ban me because I have 10 infractions for seven days. I'm almost had my return on DP tomorrow, but why is it that my ban instead of seven days, it's permanent?

They tricked me, and I don't like that. I suppose to be banned for 7 days, but eventually, after 6 days, my account got never lifted.
