Not saying even a word isn't the best idea. It opens you up to all kinds of easy arrests. It's a much better idea to know the laws that you might come across, and know your rights.

Not saying a word is probably gonna get you arrested (although not charged) with something like possessing a firearm under the influence of drugs. I'm sure there's a million reasons for arrest they could come up with.

If the police were doing there job, there wouldn't be a video like this. If the police were doing their jobs, there also would be heart wrenching videos of cops killing innocent people.
