I ordered a wordpress header design on Saturday evening and it has been delivered to me promptly today. He listened to all the ideas I had in mind and really went all out on designing exactly what I wanted. I didnt have to ask him to do any redesigns or anything. If I need any more graphics in the future I would use PSD again without a doubt. Thank you so much!
 
I'm done playing games with this fuckwad, I gave him ample time to make things right. It's time to:

I must admit I did like what he had to show in the terms of work he's done before. He had a few good reviews, and even though he had shit for posts I gave Ryan a chance. Hell I even pre-paid him. $35, but still.

The job was a logo design for a new 'news' style site I was working on. I gave him the url of where he could find the template I was using and said I wanted a logo that would fit well in the theme. We chatted a little and he told me the turn around time would be within 48 hours (this took place on Thursday 2/18/10) so Saturday 2/20/10 we agreed it would delivered.

Saturday rolls around, no word from him, no logo. I PM him and ask him where it's at, he tells me he's having a "rite shitty weekend", but that he'll have it over to me ASAP.

OK no worries, happens to the best of us. Sunday comes and I wait until the afternoon my time (which is evening over there) and still nothing. I hit him up on AIM saying I still didn't have it, he says he sent it, so he's either lying or doesn't know how email works. It finally hits my inbox at 6:30 AM Monday morning.

The logo is very generic to say the least (nothing like in his samples), but on top of it, it's designed for the site that sells the theme and not for the theme itself! I'm like WTF?! I shoot him an email back, explaining the situation. A whole day goes by, still nothing, no response. Are you starting to see a problem here?

At this point I've lost patience, I fired up Illustrator and did my own logo at least to serve as a placeholder for the time being. I hit him up on AIM, we talk about it, tell him that's not what I'm looking for. I still wanted to give him a chance and not ask for my money back, he does after all offer unlimited revisions (or so he says).

Four more days go by, it's now Saturday 2/27/10, no logo, no communication. I shoot him a PM saying I still have nothing, which is all fine and good as long as he refunds me my money. I tell him I no longer want the logo and would prefer my money back. In his reply he tells me he already designed a logo for me (referring to the one he already sent me), that he's fitting it to the new theme and tells me to give him a day or two.

I make one last PM to let him save face and do the right thing. I warned him it would the last time I asked nicely. You guessed it: no logo, no response, nothing.

Ryan I know you where on AIM today and I know you where active on WF. Is not refunding me my money worth losing out on all the business you're going to lose out on? I'd hardly think so.

I can't believe I'm the only one that has had an issue with this guy. Do not do business with him, or at very least, do not pay him up front. I'm really not sure how someone can say he did a bunch of images for him in under 10 hours and I can't get a logo from this guy in 10 days.

In conclusion, eat a dick.
 
Ok Can i start by saying you had your logo within 48hrs, you did not explain exactly where you wanted the logo...hence the reason it was designed for the wrong template.... this guy is very impatient and wanted his logo like hours after recieving this one... hes very ignorant & difficult to deal with!

Secondly i have not said that i would not refund you the money i simply said that i had already worked on the logo for you and that i was working on one to fit the theme that you wanted.... Eat a dick? mate you need to get a life.
 
Yo dude, I have all our chat logs. I did not demand a logo "hours" after. I gave you the 48 hours you said it was going to be and then hit you up, your the one that boasts a quick turn around.

Our first conversation ended 3:37:50 PM my time on Thursday 2/18/10. The next time I hit you up was 10:15 PM on Saturday 2/20/10 via PM.

So if you mean "hours" as in about 7 hours after the 48 hour deadline then yes it was "just hours".

LOL at some of the itrader ratings you have from low to zero post counts too. Dude you're straight up scamming.
 
Hi Yes you did get a refund and i did not have to grant you one but as i said i always give refunds, its a shame you were so hasty, also in regards to scamming i am on other reputable forums and i have like 60+ itraders so i am no damn scammer! if i was you would not have got a refund although you do not deserve one. I designed the banner mate, i also have the psd file and the persons contact that owns the email address...what do you mean he just has the logo or he is using my designs in his website?
 
Hey man, nah none of that is mine, i only designed the header for that website so maybe he did the website design.... but the headers are different anyway but still abit cheeky of him! thanks though for letting me know i appreciate it man :)
 
Yeah, small world mate. You're like in England and he's like in Pakistan. Amazing how shit comes together like that. He did a pretty good job on the rest of it. The header really ties it all in though - nice work.
