Everyone seems to be missing the point that I'm not trying to be anonymous at all. I'm just wondering if they're prosecuting people who aren't selling anything illegal but merely just using the platform.. I've seen articles where they have actually prosecuted someone who wasn't selling anything illegal.

Maybe they weren't selling anything illegal, just merely providing substandard customer service without any leading edge?
 
Yes, but he was wrongfully targeted, obviously, as he WASN'T SELLING ANYTHING ILLEGAL.
