What do you do every day (no not that I mean web related)

For me:

Check Adsesne stats (too often sometimes)
Check some site stats
Send out a daily email newsletter I run
Try and post one or two blog entries
Post in the forum that I run
Write at least one page of content a day (not always successfull)
Try to only read a couple of forums and post there (otherwise I do noting on my sites)

Make sure backups have run.

Answer emails / return calls.

Research, research, and more research
Read a few blogs, like Jon's
Write some content

Check calander and deadlines
Look over site stats
Update Sites

Check the stocks (if it's a weekday)
Check site statistics

Check E-mail
Check Blog Feeds (sometimes I do this later)
Check My Forums
Check yesterday's PPC earnings
Check yesterday's PPC expenses
Calculate PPC loss/profit
Write content, either articles or one of my books
Do research for existing projects
Check forums, usually that means WebSitePublisher.net but now also WickedFire.com
Do any designing if needed; logos and illustrations for content
Perform misc business tasks; usually involves banking, paypal, and bills
Communicate with business partners and programmers on projects
Write for WebPublishingBlog.com
Log in to AIM, ICQ, MSN, etc once I'm settled down in case anyone needs to contact me

Closer to the end of the day I'll check my Adsense stats & server stats, and Google Analytics for my main sites

Some days I'll tell myself I'm doing none of X,Y,Z and focusing mainly on W. I find this particularly important when building content or writing ebooks.

Somewhere in between all that I'll eat a few meals and play tennis.
