Da Blizzard

Guys on the east coast just don't understand the things we have to endure

I had a really pleasant walk to the grocery store at about 2, it was a little too sunny though. The chicks in bikinis everywhere were really distracting too.

Here in Canada we're being warned not to leave our igloos tomorrow and snowmobile traffic is discouraged until this little blizzard is over with. Not to worry though; I have a new pair of muklucks and a fresh seal I speared yesterday to tide me over. :D

With your bandwidth being capped by ISPs now it's going to lead to canadian style riots. And that means signs that say "Stop it eh? Sorry :( "

I hate snow. Here in philly/nj we were suppose to get hit with a bunch of ice but its not too bad. Can it just be spring already?

Lol, that hurt!

Seriously though, I can't see it happening. There are so many plans to give both urban and local areas free internet via wireless. The idea is that people who don't have the money to spare for the internet will have more access to online services...I can't imagine us Canucks standing for it. We've put up with enough bullshit from satellite services and cellphone companies raping us for the last decade. I'll leave Canada if I have to pay per MB or some other bs

I am in here Austin and we are just not built for this crap. We should be matching or beating our current record low tonight of 15 which was set in 1985. Our house are just not build for extreme cold. If we get any rain/sleet/snow/ice the whole city will basically shut down.

Yeah this thunder snow shit in Chi is tripping me out right now. Just praying the power doesn't go out, otherwise I'm all good for whatever since I don't have to leave the house for anything.

I woke up what sounded like my roof collapsing. It turns out about six huge branches fell due to the weight of the ice. It looks like within the hour a whole tree will be falling on my power lines too. I love ice.
