Pretty scary at first, since a close relative of mine just arrived in Cuba not two days ago... However, from the looks of it it wasn't that bad

Next thing we know they'll say the midwest got hit by a Magnitude 3 earthquake... oh wait.
Ever since Haiti then Chile this year, the media is gona report every tremor from a 3-4 (which is barely felt) to something actually serious like a 6.
Also look at the depth of some of the higher ones. A 2-3 near the surface isn't even noticeable, imagine what a 2-4 80 miles deep feels like... only the seismologist would know.
