http://www.tizag.com/cssT/ - these are my favourite tutorials, I've come across them through Google numerous times, searching for something specific, and they never failed to deliver good & easily understandable info.

http://www.maxdesign.com.au/presentation/page_layouts/ - I used this site to help me make my templates, because they guide you through an entire process step by step.

http://www.intensivstation.ch/en/templates/ has a good choice of templates that you can easily copy and modify once you know what you're doing.

http://home.tampabay.rr.com/bmerkey/cheatsheet.htm is a comprehensible cheatsheet, the best I've found.
