I'm not a designer but the sites need lots of improvements. If you're serious about the site, get a pro or premade theme.

the site was part of an oscommerce template package that i purchased awhile back, i was hoping it would work with minimal changes. i know it's not great looking, but compared to some others that are selling the same items and are profitting up to 3k a week (http://rococolife.com, Discount Cheapest price - Affliction Christian Audigier nike, and Ed Hardy clothing, Affliction, Bejeweled by Susan Fixel, Big Buddha handbags, T-shirts and fashion accessories), it's not terrible either. i figured if their's is ok, mine should be too. after hearing the same comments over and over, looks like i need to revamp the whole site :(

Dude... just make it simple, and functional. It is way too busy & everything is below the fold. Until you make those changes, I'm not sure you need any more advice.

...and how could I forget. The pictures. They're distorted bro. You really need to make them clean and high quality. This should be super obvious.

Also, you have absolutely nothing doing the "selling". You should put some copy somewhere people will see it (descriptions under the pics) saying stuff like "Look HOT in your new Bape Clothing...Add to Cart ($59)" ...or whatever.

quick simple fixes:
- that header is waaaay too fat for Ecommerce. Get to the goods! (plus, is she even wearing a bikini? slim it down
- Move all of those designer brand square images to the right and left so they don't take up vertical space. Also, the fact that they are all true squares keeps the brands from jumping out
- selling language. This has been mentioned before, but you really do have to sell the items. Use exciting language to get those clicks coming :)

Yes, the sight needs some work (design wise), but I have seen much worse perform extremely well. The quality of traffic is the most important thing

yeah, minimzing or removing the header altogether and moving the designer logos to the bottom of the page in order to push the products above the fold is my priority. as for exciting product descriptions, this will take time, and i will slowly add them as well. thanks for your suggestions!

They're making 3K a week not because of the design alone. You won't get anywhere unless you throw away that kinda philosophy.

Just sayin.
