Creating a www.nnn-SCAM.com Website

If I were you, I'd go for it. People need to realize they don't want to fuck with success internet guyz.

I think they've stopped collecting these nonsense fees as many people have filed complaints on this. They've already gone to court over this (only one nanny had the ovaries to go through with a court battle) and ended up getting a settlement outside of court.

When you think about it, it sucks for them. They come all the way here, no money, don't know jack shit about their rights and the laws here, and then they get stuck working for a bunch of bullies. Don't get me wrong, most of them eventually do get a job but it sucks for the ones who don't get someone right away. They're so scared to tell anyone about what's going on, because the agency can deport them (they can make up a story like the nanny was caught stealing etc). It's brutal how much power they can have over such helpless people.

But on a positive note, let's just say their business has gone to shit (probably alot of word of mouth within the Filipino community) but creating a website would be good to warn all those other chicks back in the Philippines who are thinking about going with them for work. Might be worth pursuing.

What I would do, is keep bringing in the nannies to your place, get them to make written statements about what is going on, then go to a lawyer with it. Make some money off the deal as you sue the everliving balls off the guys, get the girls out of that garbage deal, and make the lawyer happy. My $.02.

If someone can sue McDonalds over coffee being too hot, you have to be able to come out of this with a fuckton of cash.

Call it sue-the-balls-off-jackass-marketing if you will haha.

Do it like a non-profit. Make a gripe site and collect donations. Find out where they are running the ads and use the money to do a big-ass media buy, call it a PSA and run it right alongside their ads. Just like the FTC.
