Creating a New Adcenter Account - What They Check?

So I've got my Adcenter account banned twice. I've registered the 2nd one with exact same info, the only thing that was different was the credit card. The 2nd account got an instaban from me accidentally adding a domain that was previously banned with the 1st account.

Is it worth trying to register the 3rd one with the same info but different CC or are they watching me now?

I suppose could get PO box and register a card in somebody else's name but that does mean going through more trouble.

Did you use a different IP? I know that they definitely check that.

Every time I have an issue with an MSN account, my rep just opens a new one for me. I dont think there are that many hoops to jump through tbh. Just use a new domain and you should be fine.
