crazy facebook ads CTR stats

Hey guys, here is the deal.

There is this guy in my facebook community, he is basically a facebook ad agency and he buys traffic for businesses. He has a good reputation for the quality of traffic he delivers (no bot, fake traffic of any type, just straight up facebook ad buying that converts)

Here is the kicker, I saw two of the stat screenshots he posted and they just look extremely unreal. He posts them every once awhile and I know for fact those stats aren't fake and he posts different stats pretty regularly and they all look like this.

What exactly am I missing? This is the type of number I personally can't produce, no matter how I tweak my ads and target my audiences correctly.

Just want to throw this out and see what your thoughts are and what I might be missing from solving this puzzle.

EDIT - second image, the two biggest numbers are clicks / reach and the last column is the total spend in USD

this is just really good targeting, i have better numbers than that i hit 0,00001 a few months ago and somebody was kind enough to take the post down. facebook is extremely fair if you get a good ctr. i suggest you look into custom audiences. there is certain things you can only target in the US and central europe so your ads if targeted right will fare better there.

im sure you can do targeting well but it can always be better, im hoping for google to one day come out with the same targeting capabilities as facebook.
 
That is just crazy. This does not seem real. Even at 0.1 cent a click for PPC ads you make hell lot of money from that one.
