lol at people wondering why you would media buy with cpm instead of cpa. If it were that easy, everyone would go get a huge ass line of credit and hook up every single offer they can find to a cpa deal and ball. you gotta spend and optimize significantly or have a dope ass offer to get a cpa deal.
