Cpa- Contextual traffic only

I joined a cpa network and one of the offers states "contextual traffic only".

I wanted to email the "contextual traffic only" link to people on my mailing list, (all targeted)

can I do that? Or do I have to make a landing page with the link ?

A) A tough question ( This is what I'm hoping for, I hated being the kid asking the only stupid questions in class. Resulting in my teacher looking the other way whenever I raised my hand)

B) An easy question with an obvious answer. ( everyone here is laughing at me)

c) The question makes no sense. ( everyone is yelling WTF?)

Email traffic isn't contextual. Contextual is like adsense where the ads are relevant based on the web page's content.

Why couldnt you promote it PPC.. Is simply reviews the content on your page and targets certain keywords that could promote a certain product.. So Id say you could promote it PPC. If your PPC is leading to your page.,.. I am new and could be totally wrong sorry if so!
