Could I possibly not get paid?

2.5 years in business and as of today only 1 network (COPEAC) failed to paid me. Around 15k for a week of earnings. Everything was legit, they did not provide me too much info, just that the advertiser did not paid because of quality and that's it, no follow up, nothing, no payment. Anyway, I move on and moved my traffic to other networks and will never work with them again. When I think of the money I get mad as hell, still very piss off.

when did this happen? Can you provide me with details?

Really depends on the relationship you have with your network. We pay people sometimes for advertisers that didn't pay cause it's not your fault as you didn't screen the advertiser and they should have been communicating with them about your traffic. However when the numbers get big like that we often come to terms with an affiliate and reimburse their costs to generate the traffic. Then at least you don't take a hit.... you might talk with your network about this. Also if you're pushing volume to any lead offer like that make sure you're in daily communications with your AM making them check on quality. Leads are a finicky beast and I only do a little lead stuff as a network because it takes a LOT of maintenance with the advertiser. I'd say of our lead offers 20% are sent back as fraud and we just eat usually. We've moved to a all on approval for leads model on the new system because it's SUCH a pain in the ass.

Just my 3 cents.

By the way when it comes to Lawyers you're really wasting your time for 20k. You can send a threatening letter. But anyone that's been around the block will know that it would cost you 25k just in attorney fees to sue them and a HUGE headache. Most lawsuits take 1+ years and 100's of hours of your time and stress.

You're always better negotiating.

This alone makes me want to sign up and move some traffic over, not sure how many networks actually do this.

Yeah I can vouch for A4D. One of the few networks out there which puts affiliates as first priority.
