COPEAC stopped paying?

things just go from bad to worser. First COPEAC stops paying pubs....then Mike loses his wickedfire password. Oh the huge manatee.

What Copeac is being sued by the FTC for is not being a network. They are being sued for being a publisher. They were running internal campaigns to pages they FTC claims are not compliant.

As for some networks still allowing articles/flogs I'm not sure why they're doing this. Or promoting this activity when FTC obviously has an issue with it.

We do not allow fake news sites since the FTC came down against them. What a "fake news" site is of course some what a nebulous thing. Where is the difference between a "news site" and an "article site". Article site being that of information but doesn't purport itself to be a news source. All these things need to be reviewed by competent legal counsel to make sure you're not crossing the line. If anyone is looking for a good legal team to review your stuff please PM me.

The thing about this world of advertising is money is relatively easy to make the sketchy way. But hard to hold on to. Build skills and knowledge and a team around you that will help you do things right and keep your money in the long term.

Makes sense...

And.. I can still see "traditional bizopp landers" being advised even today..

In before page 50.

Personally I was paid 12k via weekly wires during July. Had to call and bitch to get on weekly wires, but all good otherwise no issues.

We've been in business close to 4 years. I've Been in the business 7 years.

We still pay weekly.

Don't take credit risks we can't pay on if the merchant doesn't pay their bill. That's part of the credit equation we work on.

Always have paid on time.

Never short paid or missed a payment.

Have paid out of my pocket on millions I didn't get paid on.

And will always pay.

Feel free to ask anyone.

100% truth <3 a4d

I was paid in July too, but the issue is NOW, October maybe, they stopped paying.

yeah I have friend that told me he is owed $800, but I doubt he got off his ass and called them.

But I think it is kind of odd you have to call networks to get paid.

I understand Mike's having issues, it happens to the best of us, but I would much rather get a response of "Yeah, we'll pay you, but it won't be for another 60 days" instead of "Run more traffic and then we can work on getting you paid."

Mike, if you're reading this, you know how to reach me, I'm not pissed, but just take care of your affiliates. You've always been so active on WF, so step in and at least say something.

Ah how far the mighty have fallen (remember the Copeac vs Azoogle rivalry?). And it seems Mr. Eagle gets the last laugh.

everyone knew this day was coming. the big boys are getting taken out. Next are the smaller networks. Hope your lawyers are as good as you say they are.

High risks = high yields.... followed by lawsuits, government crackdowns, and severe losses.

The networks that do not take high risks will not only survive, they'll flourish -- and that's what's quickly happening right now in the industry.

When I was first starting out I got two call backs before anyone else A4D and COPEAC right around the same time. . . .

Glad I decided to ONLY run stuff with A4D when I was only with those two networks.

A4D pays on time and when I was maxin' out credit cards because a campaign went my way I got paid early so I could keep running the campaign!

I have since deleted COPEAC from my bookmarks there are to many other good networks to be fucking around with shit like that.
