Contextual Trust Bomb W/Free Pimp Indexing​

If you haven't noticed the big G is indexing links a bit slowly lately using usual methods. Pimp Indexing is severely moving the needle on all of our contextual blasts indexation rates. We're throwing Pimp Indexing in with all Trust Bombs and all Contextual Blasts.

Added tons of new domains to our lists. New blasts will basically get all new sites to place your links on.

I'm about to release a new blast as well. I'd like to get a few reviewers for it. This is made especially for decent tier 1 links.
