Where do most of you all shop, if that is you do your own shopping. Just curious to see if the majority of you buy your cloths online, or do it through retail chains...?

Just bored, and looking to kind of "revamp" my wardrobe, thought I would ask.

Hope all is well.

Banana Republic mostly with a collection of designer ties...lately I have been buying my shoes online but never clothes

Saks has a great website. You can buy a lot of the previous spring/fall collections at big discounts and get some great clothes for the following year. Quality of most namebrand designers truly does stand out, even if the clothing runs a bit more.

At the very least consider buying a couple pieces of nice outer wear, which can make up for otherwise cheap clothing.

As far as shoes, Zappos kicks ass. Just wish there was a zappos for designer clothing.

idk, I think Fashion is pretty gay, but I can usually find ONE thing from each store. Generally, I prefer the non-corporate places.

Nordstrom for jeans and nice shirts and shit like that. I wear mostly plain t-shirts though so for that I just hit up the nearest T-shirt outlet where you can get like 3 for $10 or whatever. I also like to check out Old Navy from time to time for t-shirts or sweatshirts.

Edit: Also if you can find an H&M that has guy clothes, they usually have great stuff at very reasonable prices.

online shopping, ftw!!

WOW NOW I KNOW HOW YOU GUYS FEEL DURING BOOB THREADS...

LOL

The past two months were pretty ok for me and I really made an utter fool of myself at the following places:
Ralph Lauren

LACOSTE USA - www.lacoste.com

(blue label alot.....black label and collection splurge in Q4 :P...must work harder, must work harder....lol)

For accessories
Hermes.com - The official Hermès website
Lilly Pulitzer
MONTBLANC - Homepage

shoes
Sperry Top-Sider Shoes - Official Site - Buy Authentic Sperry Shoes, Sandals & Gear Online Today!
Remsandalett på kilklack | Damskor | Rizzo

oh and yes payless does have some good cheap finds
Payless ShoeSource - Women's Shoes, Men's Shoes, Children's Shoes, Sandals and Boots

thriftstores and flea markets rock too!

Goodwill. Seriously, I know of the one's here in Maine where L.L. Bean will unload their returns or discontinued items.

I also get stuff at Bean's, Cabela's and J.C. Penny. Have got to buy for the elements up here.

I usually hit up Dillards quite a bit because of the selection. Also, I know it's gay, but Hollister has the most comfortable/high quality shirts that I've found and since I basically wear t-shirts everyday, I've decided to stop caring about the gayness and just buy them.

Club Monaco, Banana Republic and Zara if I am looking for something nicer or a bit more formal.

For casual stuff: Express, H&M, Helly Hansen and North Face.

aeropostale, pretty nice t-shirts and with no deadline on the return policy, I wear the shirts for a month or two then exchange them for brand new shirts : ]

So this is what you do, you go to Aero, buy a good 10 t-shirts for about $140 or so, wear them for a few months, keep the receipt and shirt tags, and go back and exchange.

thats' how you do it
