Review:

Provider delivered 16 web 2.0's which is one more than promised. Hub Pages got deleted but I still ended up with 15. Quality looks fine and the other properties seem like they will stay. Work was delivered on time and promised so it was a good service. Definitely worth the review price.

Posted a review two days ago and here is an update. I was at the top of page two in G for a servicecityname domain and I am now on page one (4 spots from the bottom). Can't be exact because the number of Google places ads displayed seems to vary. Good jump in SERP for the $.

Here's my honest review on the service...

Speed: 4.5/5
This was fast for 15 Web 2.0 properties!

Communication: 4.5/5
Responsive and got the details worked out quickly

Quality: 4/5
Good service with minor negatives. See below

Value: 4.5/5
The value you get for the money is certainly good

Summary: 4.25/5
This was a good package overall. In fact, it's probably a great package for the price.

The only issues I had were:
a. Same user-name used across 7-8 properties. This would be the main thing I took issue with. It would make it easier for Google to detect spun content in light of the recent update.

b. Same image used in almost all the properties. Image use is great but the same image used more than 10 times is a little "not so great".

c. Articles could use better spinning - yes, not the most fair to providers at this price but nonetheless, would be nice/safer!

Overall, I do recommend this service but hope that the OP will take my feedback into consideration to help improve on the service.

Speed: Got the report after 3 days. Not a problem
Communication: There were a couple of keyword mistakes and he fixed them on the spot. Very nice.
Price: pretty fair for that service.
Quality: The only downside was the article, there were quite a few grammar and punctuation mistakes and unclear sentences. Using our own articles would be a nice solution.
Also I always like when the SP over delivers in case one or two spokes are removed, here I got exactly 10, but they are all alive, so this time it's cool.

Overall Review: I would give 4/5 because of the article language but rather then that pretty cool delivery.
 
In light of elvisp's review, I'd like to mention what I forgot to include:

I used my own article and OP spun them for me.
Though this might be relevant for some.
