Paypal froze my account recently and I sent them four months worth of payments and it only took care of $632 of my principal. So I wrote them this letter in hopes that one of their black employees will open it and waste 2 minutes of their time.

If you think Paypal has a neg rep in your niches, try the financial advice sector. I had a paypal logo up for the 5% of my clients who wanted to do recurring payments through their paypal account but had to take it down.

The other 95% of the clients would send hate mail (unsolicited) to us about paypal. Our backoffice staff would complain about having to deal with paypal. Honestly, I think one day I was walking on the sidewalk and a dog ran up and pissed on my leg because we took paypal payments.

It was unreal how paypal hate was out there. So I took it down.

They have essentially similar terms in their contract, though:

Sections 14.1 to 14.4. And that's just the U.S. version.

Most likely this dispute will be settled before reaching judicial decision.

look. accept paypal and one other payment processor like payza/stripe etc.

but make sure to tell the customer that he will be charged 2% extra.

2% isnt big, but will have a huge psychological effect.
