Do I feel bad for the kid? Yes. Would I want my kid in the same daycare? NO...Sorry but little kids are brain damaged and do stupid stuff. While I would not personally mind working with an HIV positive person (as long as I knew) you can not trust little kids to be careful or to take any kind of precautions and there is no way you can really trust some low paid daycare worker to be that attentive. Even though the risk might actually be pretty low the consequences of a mistake are just too high.

There's no way I'd let a child of mine go to a childcare centre with someone with HIV.
