what should i do to keep all my back links work if I want to move domain.
I already used 301 referral but is that enough?

Make sure you 301 properly, not just to the domain but olddomain.tld/something.php?id=1 to newdomain.tld/something?id=1 rather than just newdomain.tld

I think you lose about 10% link juice when 301'ing.

Thank you, does it means that I still have to save the previous domain for keeping the 90% link juice to me all the time or after a year or so it doesn't matter anymore?
and about the "not just to" you mentioned I tried to do it but I didn't find code that supports this option. (so I made the redirection with the iis redirection marking the permanent move check box if you know it.)

how many links have you got ?
if the number justifies the annual domain cost, just keep it
301 redirect your homepage to the new domain, and corresponding pages between the two domains accordingly

semms it does not - I have about 200 links but its with web 2.0 properties and links that connected to them...and so on...
