Well, I came to the realization that I had a $100 my third day into this. It was the first time I haven't done direct linking.

-Quality LP. I do web design and I know basic psychology, and talking to my AM sure helped.
-Presently high converting offer with a good/exceptional EPC (ask your AM)
-Very small list of broad, but targeted keywords, then gradually branching out into longer tail
-Talked to SEO_Mike and kept up by reading the No Excuses thread (major help, he and my AM really were great)
-Dove in and did the job.
