Can't remove Facebook ads?

Why can't I delete my Facebook ads? Clicking "Status" and then clicking "Deleted" has no effect whatsoever. And what happened to the "Pause" status? It just magically disappeared.

I also tried closing my Facebook ads account. Again, the link had no effect after clicking it multiple times.

I'm being charged continuously and I can't even do anything about it. I had to change my daily spend budget to $1.00 and PPC to $0.01 per click.


Facebook hasn't responded to my email for a week now, so I'll assume they don't respond.

try a different computer or upgrade to firefox 4. I was having issues with their controls until I upgraded. Also you might try IE or any other browser.

If all else fails, you can call your bank and have them pause the card that's attached to the account, or if it's a Paypal account you can manually stop recurring payments from within your Paypal account. Just be forewarned, I've done this and then couldn't get it to work with Facebook payment again (even after emailing FB and spending 30 minutes on the phone with paypal.)
