It's a title that was intentionally designed to draw attention, then people watching it would be like "wait wut, this guy is actually antiracist". Pretty clever if you ask me.

I'm bilingual and pronounce "Latino" with a Spanish accent, primarily because it feels strange not to. But that's because of my upbringing and culture.
To bring attention to the Libertarian party and to expose the corruption in Washington. He may never win but he has certainly influenced the way a lot of WF members think, and we can't be alone. Sounds like a WIN to me either way.
I've really appreciated this type of marketing that Paul's supporters have been doing in their marketing... It's targeting a lot of the best ppl to target and it's gotta have the best possible CTR. :bowdown:
It definitely got me to watch, I never believed for a second that I was gonna hear something racist come from his mouth but I still HAD to watch.
i didn't. sadly, it is now considered inappropriate to appeal to statistically valid generalizations in a manner not prejudicial to the individual when race is involved (but perfectly ok in the context of class, for example). this makes it difficult to discuss issues like a generational education deficit in ghetto communities, for example (s/ghetto/trailer park/) - it has to do with class and culture, but overlaps enough with race that it can't be raised without massive hysteria following, al sharpton getting called in etc.

oh, i've heard the standard answers, they're just not real answers
firstly, and this is a problem we anarchists share, ultimate freedom requires ultimate responsibility, which in turn presupposes a sufficient degree of intelligence, self-awareness and objectivity. all of those are in short supply. they do not develop in the absence of liberty and liberty can't develop without them or it would lead to the collapse of society, which wage slaves consider undesirable. freedom is like a muscle - if you don't use it, it atrophies to the point of vanishing; for most people alive today in developed nations, they've never even become aware of what actual freedom is like.
specific to libertarianism are issues like preventing externalization of costs, whether they be social, environmental etc. the standard answer is 'the invisible hand of the free market will fix everything'. the trouble with that is 'the invisible hand' - assuming it works 100% of the time, which is not the case - presupposes a free market. a free market, in turn, presupposes perfect competition which can not exist in the presence of capitalism and an information deficit. unfortunately, our industrial and services sectors rely on scale, which inherently perverts the free market into capitalism and the complexity of the economy and the world in general naturally has to result in information deficits.
there are more of these, mind you, i just can't be bothered typing them out because i find it highly unlikely that anything satisfactory would come of it at this n-th time of trying. i wish libertarians would get past their randroid tendencies and start reading real thinkers on the subject of liberty like max stirner or even bakunin (don't agree with him, but his critiques are useful food for thought).

And this statement in its self wasn't racist? I die a little inside for the white race everytime I see forced integration. By allowing third world people in our country, increases the crime/murder/rape/theft statistics amongst Americans daily. Ron Paul is the man due to both his immigration policy, and his balls to come out and state what needs to be done to fix the problems in our country. I hope to hell this man wins so that I can be pro-America as opposed to anti-government.
The masses did not vote for this goon. Voting exists to give the masses an illusion of having self-worth. The ability to think they have a voice in our government. Did you really think he was voted in by the masses? LuL
I agree. Ron Paul keeps winning all these polls, if he loses the election itll further prove my theory on the voting system. However and if he wins, war will be inevitable which is something I look forward too. I love the mans immigration policy and feel that the troops should be brought home, and redirected to our borders. If he wins, it will piss alot of people off, but whatever.
