I actually try your 20k idea.
I left some comments on Ripoffreport.com (ROR) with link to my site. Contrary to what you said, this is not a good way to channel traffic. the guys at ROR deleted the URLs with bla bla bla reasons.

When targeting collection companies, are you running those on Search? I just threw one up as a test and I'm getting pwned on Quality Score...$1.00 clicks. I do have a "Contact Us", "Privacy", and all that B.S. I also threw in some meta keywords but Q.S. still low. Maybe I'll just run these on Content...although that would seem to defeat the purpose.
