Hah, I remember those days... let me guess, you can smoke an entire blunt and not feel anything other than a small buzz at this point?
3 months is probably more than you need, doesnt the THC get out of your fat cells after a few weeks?
Good luck to you. I've been doing the same lately, after years of daily toking I've only smoked 5 times this month (and in way smaller amounts).
Having a change in daily life helps a hell of a lot, previous attempts were foiled by the sitting, bored, "what can I do to relieve this" type situation.
Roundabout: THC should be completely gone from your system in 4 weeks (for a heavy toker), but the extra time helps you 'forget' about all the small subtleties about being baked
Thanks man. My original idea was to just cut back to once per week, but the habit was strong and having weed around me was too tempting. I just ended up having to forbid myself from smoking for 3 months, and gave all my smoking accessories to a friend to hold on to (he broke my incredibowl yesterday when using it...)
I've never been able to quit having weed around either - when I'm smoking these days I'll half an eighth with my brother or a friend and blaze it all then. Its way better not blowing so much money, getting way more high and having a cleaner head on most days.
I've also tried quitting cigs with an E-cigarette - I did pretty well but all three of my atomizers got clogged up and ended up smoking too much weed in joints with tobacco to bother with it, then slowly slipped back into tobacco again - I'm also smoking wayy more tobacco than I'd normally do with weed. Found a decent way to unclog an atomizer?
