They should get all the normal charges for this assault etc, and on top of that they should get sued by the kid for removal and emotional distress ball park ($10,000 each per kid that was involved).

Then when they get paroled.

Then on top of that they should have to do 1,000 hrs each of community service with handicap (under supervision).

This is something that should not be tolerated, and needs a strong punishment.

I have a cousin that is disabled, and if anything remotely like this ever happened to him, I'd break out my own tattoo gun. Only the ink in my gun is of the 12 gauge variety, and it would probably be a little more permanent.
