I agree with the decision from a legal standpoint.
However, I don't think it reflects well on the guy. For one thing, she isn't even hot. For another I wouldn't want to work with or receive services from someone who is that easily distracted, and thus most likely not very good at his job. A man should have higher standards and also be able to surround himself with smoking hot chicks and completely ignore them when it's time to get down to business ( as in work, not fucking the hot sluts).
