Bosses can legally fire employees they see as ‘irresistible attraction’: Iowa court

Women must have been filing a TON of Sexual Harassment charges in that state... Also this makes no sense, lol.. If you can't resist a women at work, then how are you resisting her outside of work? In comparison obv you would have raped her, been window watching, or stalking her, etc if you again, cannot resist.

Is a victory for family values because Knight fired Melissa Nelson in the interest of saving his marriage, not because she was a woman.

Is this real life? If he's so attracted to her and willing to ruin his marriage, what stops him for getting with her after work? They live in the same city don't they... Ugh, lol. Also how are you going to have family values, yet be tempted to fuck another woman..

What's next here? He's going to meet a girl outside of work, and claim he can't resist her and then have her move to another state since his company is in the same one she lives in.

Courts man, I swear, took me a few min to think about this. Why are these people making laws and ruling if they can't stop for one second and be smart and logical.

This is pretty good.

It's not often you see a judgement handed down that preserves the rights of employers, but now it's nice to know that in Iowa you can fire somebody whenever you like, provided you can prove that they give you a hard-on.

You should be able to fire anyone for any reason, so I like this judgment. However, in this case, I would have to see her boobs first before deciding to fire her. I hope there are some future favorable judgments wrt firing unconscionably fat or ugly women.

inb4 thousands of annoying, lazy, and otherwise useless women are suddenly fired for being "too attractive"

My understanding of the situation is that the fired employee had worked for him for about 10 years, his wife also worked at the office and the guy had only recently started texting with the chick who got fired. In my opinion, the wife was likely behind this.

Bullshit. Once you've worked for an employer (by means of necessity) it's not exactly a voluntary association when the employer fires you. There needs to be a law that provides for gradual ownership depending on how long you've worked for said company. Workers have rights too.

Why would you hire someone that you are really attracted too? OH I know, you'd like to fuck her, if she says no, then you can fire her.

Fucking love America
