Looking through my UCP after I edited my sig and I see it says "Latest Reputation Received." I got some orange (I know that's good), And red of course for being seous x] ; but what does it mean when it's blue?

If I understand it correctly, green is good, red is bad and blue is from a user that has not yet had 50 posts so it does not count...I sill cannot figure out how the number is derived...my guess is you start with 10 then add your greens and subtract your reds. Guess the blues count as good or they do not count at all?
