If you guys liked bluehat I would check out aojon.com via waybackmachine too.

I remember reading Bluehat blog ages ago - many serious eye-opening moments for sure.

All I can say is - Eli

What happened to his IRC channel? There used to be some regulars on there, plus a couple hundred lurkers trying to get some inside info.

Every now and then, someone would post a dickroll link, and you could immediately see 20-30 lurkers go offline.

smaxor's blog is still up, this is where I first learned about scraping:
Scraping and Posting your way to money on the Internet - Oooff.com

Mention DickRolls, then post a link to potentially great stuff... I have been here too long so I had to pass... The Wicked Fire Life...

Oh cool - I didn't know it started being updated again. Best seo blog that isn't selling seo ever.

I used to think that the real value of that site was the step-by-step instructions on how to do advanced SEO stuff...but now I realize that it helped a TON of people (including myself) think about things in a way they normally wouldn't. To this day I'll find myself thinking "What would Eli do?". Crazy, brilliant bastard, he really is plugged in somewhere else.

Jon had some great stuff on aojon.com as well. Although, that one was more like looking inside the dark, twisted mind of a supervillain. Also quite helpful.
