Unfortunately this two-bit bottom-feeder probably hasn't scammed enough money to be on the fed's radar, but nothing would make my dick harder than seeing BHW respond to subpoenas. As they are clinically retarded over there, I'm sure they'd try to edit away any evidence of collaboration between this Indian scammer and their mods, which, if proven, would result in RICO charges.
I am pretty certain BHW had to deal with subpoenas already due to one of their members engaging in cookie stuffing a few years back. It was that issue of amazon.com suing one of their members in civil court for cookie stuffing and claiming fraudulent commissions and then it eventually led to a criminal indictment. If I recall correctly, during the criminal investigation BHW either received an administrative subpoena from the FBI or a grand jury subpoena. I forget which one it was.
India is extremely corrupt with a weak central government, so I do not think extradition would be a major concern for the scammer. If he's really living in India that is.

Pretty sure that was Shawn Hogan, the owner of Digital Point, who got sued by eBay. Could be BHW got sued as well though, wouldn't surprise me
Yeah I remember the Shawn Hogan case as well, but it's not the one I am referring to. BHW had their own issue, but it wasn't with the owner. It was just with one of the skids on there.
Yeah, it was saucekit. I think he was called BigLevel from recollection and it was $400 a month or something for a script he hosted to cookie stuff eBay.
I remember when news reached BHW and everyone was shitting bricks because the servers had all just been seized (by secret service supposedly - at least that's what I recall). Not everyone believed it and then it turned out shit was about to get real and suddenly all cookie stuffing shit was shut down and deleted quicker than you could say, "HaRRo and Diamond Dave are the same person."

Many countries on that map do not extradite their own citizens. Only foreigners.
