The Registration Date of the website used in the First Round of this Challenge cannot be older than five (5) calendar days prior to the date of registration of the respective contestant
The ownership of the Website has to be verified as per the Verification Process.
No hacked domains/parasite sites, etc. are allowed.
No illegal activity including, but not limited to hacking, DDoSing, etc. is allowed
There is no limit in terms of how many websites the contestant can register
Only the top contestants, which are measured as per the Point System for the First Round, will pursue into the Final Round
The details for the Final Round will only be revealed at the end of the First Round and only to those top contestants

Sounds like a decent marketing idea; whoever is behind it will get plenty enough exposure. Outting all your techniques for a basic luxury car is short-sighted though.
