Depends what your looking for, Payout timings, which offers, etc... For specific offers try Offervault or findaffiliateoffers and go from there. I'm on their newsletters which also email you when new Networks come out with details on which verticals they focus on, their payout structure etc..
All depends on what offers you're looking for. You might find 5 networks who have the same offer/niches you're in need of, but 4 of them scrub. Talk to some affiliates here first to find the best networks, and more importantly to get a raw opinion on any network.
