Best Standalone Pop-Over/Under?

Anyone wanna suggest? I know of one or two for WP, but I'd prefer something more standalone. It doesn't have to be free.

I'm looking for a script that will pop *another* lander under my landing page. I've found a couple but I'm also trying to install this on a WordPress blog and it's not easy to get javascript into the 'body' in WP.
