Best Packages for Brand New Sites

I was just wondering what WF packages you would recommend/use for brand new sites with no G history whatsoever. Of course, the last thing I want to do is jeopardise my new sites long term with G so was hoping you could advise!

Thanks for all the really helpful replies. I am now well on my way to getting my 20k domain blacklisted!

So there are no link building packages that people have found work well on new sites. Case closed!
