Beer meetup during ASW?



I think that Monday late afternoon or early evening might be good - Beat the rush, yet try not to interfere with dinners and parties. Maybe I should just throw up a poll to find the best time - Anyone know a good site where people can put in their time preferences/schedule, and it shows what the most popular one is?
 
Would it be easier for a mod to retroactively add a poll to the top of this thread? I am not familiar enough with vBulletin to know if this can be done- but it seems like Sunday is squarely double or triple booked for almost everyone now.
 
just make it a couple of hours before the A4D party on Sunday, like 5-6pm. it will probably be less busy than 8pm too. those who stay have good spots at the bar, and those that are going to Rhino or any other party can get some pre-drinking done.
 
Changing the time to 5:30 PM on Sunday - I'll send out an update on the Eventbrite page. Might be able to meet up at the Rio (some corner of the meet market room, since some of us will already be there) before heading over, and catch some taxis from the Rio to Yard House.

If this pisses off enough people, there can always be a second beer meetup. Just want to get something together where WFers can meet up, drink beer, and talk.

Did you mean Sunday? The 530 change is up but its still Sunday on eventbrite
 
Everything looks good in terms of the beer meetup on Sunday - 5:30 PM at Yard House.

How about meeting at the entrance to the meet market at 5:15 PM on Sunday for anyone who's going to be in the meet market already, and head out from there?

I'll probably post something on Twitter during the day with the hashtag #WFBEER, and I'll also send out a quick note to the EventBrite mailing list tomorrow with a reminder +contact info if anyone wants.
 
For anyone who wants to meet up and go grab some beers at Yard House with a bunch of WickedFire members, meet at the entrance to the main meet market room (by the TV & Mundo Media table) around 5:10/5:15, and we'll head out to grab some taxis over at that time.

I'll be over there, so just look for me (not the drunk one with no hair, but the guy in a tshirt and blazer and a name tag that says Josh).
