I'm actually doing this venture with a partner. Their task is shipping, customer support, and handling refunds/exchanges/replacements.

Just that whenever I get a new shipment of new style cases, I have them ship to me first, so I can take pictures and videos for the store. Afterwards I send it off to my partner.

You fail. Since when does handling physical product make you a peasant? I've sold physical products online for three years now, make steady money, pays my bills and then some. Website, customer service, FedEx, USPS, packing, everything. Twenty hours a week tops.
