even people change address, change credit card, and other way possible, they said that google still can track them and your new account will not last longer before they finally also get banned...
is it a god software google used?

It's all true,. They banned my uncle Bogdan a year ago. He moved from UK to small village somewhere in Cuba. changed the name, broke up with family, had a plastic surgery. He started a new life and new AdSense account and started to make $0.25 a day from it, which is hell of a money on Cuba. But then one day Google Officers knocked the door of his Cuban villa at 4 in the morning 3 days before Christmas. They raped his wife and took all his Google Dollars from him. They burned his villa as it was built using the fraud money (he asked his friend in Russia to click an ad). Now he's a begger somewhere in north Mexico. You've been warned.

the best way from my point of view to monetize your websites is affiliate products, cpa etc

there are still many ad site in the internet you can do some searching, i have been using chitika, adhitz, clicksor and many others in the net.

Try Adbrite.com its and Adsense Substitute I Used to use it on my site and made almost as much money as i would make on Adsense. They don't pay quite as much as Adsense because their not as popular. A couple more sites are Kontera.com and Infolinks.com but i recommend Adbrite because, like Adsense, with adbrite you can designate space for you ads. With Kontera and Infolinks you have less control over where the ads show up on your page

Adsense really isn't that big a deal anyways. Maybe about 5 years ago it was.

Besides, their support sucks.. Oh wait - they have no form of support except for the forums.
