Best way to deal with adsense is to hide behind a company name - LLC or CORPORATION. Try to pick a state not where you reside, like NEVADA or any low tax state.
Make sure you have ad blocking script if you constantly update your site.
Finally, tell no one about your site, even family members, as jealousy runs deep and you'll never know who did the damage.
If married, make sure your partner is on the same page online business wise, or you better hide the shit from him or her.
Google unfortunately, does not ask who done it, but who's going to pay for click fraud or click bomb.
I once used a very talented firm to do backlinks during the good old easy SEO days. We ran into some disputes about money as it was in the low five figures. We eventually settled, and I stopped using the firm. Two months later, I lost my adsense account for click fraud from numerous countries and IP addresses. This incident cost me a bundle, and I learned a very hard lesson about how we humans think and react to perceived slights.
Hope you figure out a better way to get another account or go the CPA route as suggested by others. Adsense in my opinion is sensible and reliable earnings wise, just remember to hide your sites from everyone you know.
