Everyone sided with Google against Oracle, but Oracle didn't have a fucking leg to stand on, and that case was the very definition of a frivolous lawsuit.

If it weren't for Linus Torvalds the entire computing landscape would be different.

No one fucked over Stalman, Stalman doesn't believe in proprietary software, and thusly has nothing to gain from any working relationship in the software market.
