We have a more likely sounding identity.

The chat log posted on [Buying] Blogpost on PR2+ Travel websites gives us a few sites, a key one being:

This Popularity Rank Web Riser India at Website Informer identifies Popularity Rank as Web Riser India (although has a different address and phone). They own Worldclassednews.com (where the whois identifies as the same company) and have a website here: SEO Company India

Popularity Rank also leads us to this Elance profile: https://www.elance.com/s/rdworldseo/ naming 'Ripan Das'. A google of the username in the URL (rdworldseo) turns up this, this time half calling themselves Rohan Das: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/providing-quality-blogpost-services-for-all-niche.2611257/

Finally, a search of the Skype username 'dasripan' results in this twitter account, with photo:

May be off base, but assuming that's his sites linked in the WaFo thread, fairly sure I'm not.

There's a fair few more URLs owned by him, but most are just shitty blogfarm domains, and I'm too sleep deprived at the moment. One other site of interest is

How about the admin/mods make it a rule that all new editorial service providers need to provide upfront completed work before receiving payment.

This rule applies continuously until they gathered X amount of iTraders from their editorial service. The X amount of iTraders needs to come from members with Y amount of iTraders.

Might work, but what about 'old' members such as ChristopherT, with 50+ itraders, that is out of the blue a new editorial service provider?

Arconis has informed me that he has refunded a few people and is delivering goods to a few others. If you have unresolved issues with him, pm me.

Yes but if you look, not all those itraders belong to the editorial service. Looks like he only has maybe 6 positive itraders for the editorial.

What I am saying is set the threshold of maybe 10-20 itraders gathered for the editorial (not other services), before they are allowed to take payment upfront. The members that provide the positive itrader should have Y itraders themselves for it to count. Let slook at ChristopherT's case. And say we set Y as 10. He would only have 3 positive itraders (the other 3 has member itrader < 10) that would count. So even if we have set the lower threshold of 10 qualifying itraders, he would still not qualify to accept payment upfront.

Even old wicked members needs to abide by this rule when it comes to providing an editorial service, regardless of the previous amount of iTraders they have gathered from their other services.

Ok, this can work

Brandon you are speaking a bit too soon.

I still have not been refunded.

If you have been refunded, please private message me the paypal account which sent you the 'refund'. This is extremely important.

Thanks,

Cameron

I have been sent a payment from a different paypal account for the full amount of the refund due to me. The paypal address which sent the payment matches the one which refunded Jorarulit so the payments are unlikely to be from hacked accounts. So for me, this is mostly a closed case. It's going to take 180 days for this case to close fully though.. lol.
